Welcome to Khaleidoscope Healthcare! We offer a variety of services to help those struggling with addiction. We have an Alcohol Rehab program, a Dual Diagnosis program for those with mental health disorders and addiction, an Opioid Addiction program, a Drug Rehab program, and an Adult Program.
