Santa Maria Hostel provides addiction recovery and intervention programs in Houston, Texas. They have services for pregnant and parenting women and their children to help guests get back on their feet and overcome addiction.

Women with children can live on campus while attending treatment services that support recovery. They gain the education to lead healthy, stable lives for their families. Pregnant women and women with children can bring them along while attending the program. Your children may attend school or daycare during treatment times so you can focus on recovery.

Residential detox treatment is available to ensure safety and comfort. They have physicians from the Baylor College of Medicine who partner with Santa Maria to provide medical supervision.

Santa Maria Hostel provides women with the tools necessary for sobriety and to lead productive lives after treatment. They have GED services for those wanting to finish their studies, parenting courses, life skills, relapse prevention, and addiction education to help guests understand how substance abuse affects thinking patterns and relationships.

Since addiction can affect your overall health, they offer fitness and nutrition classes to allow women the help needed resources to make healthy choices.

Play therapy can help children express themselves and communicate. Children’s services are available to help families work through past traumas and move toward a healthier relationship.

The Court Liaison services help connect guests, the Texas courts, or Family Protective Services (FPS) with Santa Maria. Their BAMBI program allows Santa Maria to advocate on your behalf, providing resources for treatment and healthcare for women dealing with criminal or FPS system issues. As of this writing, Santa Maria has the only program that offers court liaison services in Texas.

They have recovery housing for women between 18 and 25 or women with children who need additional support. It gives families in the program a place to call home while becoming self-sufficient.

The goal is for Santa Maria to offer life-changing support for all guests to overcome addiction and restore families.
